Who is responsible

What we process

• Account data — e-mail address, hashed password, organisation name, billing details when a paid plan is active.
• Monitoring data — the URLs and hosts you configure, response codes, timings and response bodies only when you explicitly enable a keyword assertion.
• Technical logs — IP address, user agent and timestamps for authentication events, kept 30 days for abuse prevention.

We do not sell data, do not embed third-party analytics on this website, and do not use advertising cookies. The status pages we host for customers are served without any tracking script.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for security and abuse prevention, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have consented to optional e-mail notifications.

Processors and location

Monitoring infrastructure and primary storage are located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). E-mail delivery uses a transactional provider in the EU; payment processing is handled by a licensed payment provider under a separate data processing agreement.

Retention

Check results are deleted according to your plan's history window (30 days on Free, 90 days on Solo, one year on Team). Deleting a monitor removes its history within 24 hours. Account data is removed 30 days after account closure, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time using the contact address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
